How will you package my order?
A:
We do not place any of our products in envelopes. Your order will be delicately wrapped in tissue and boxed in USPS Priority Mail shipping boxes. We choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail because of its 2-3 day delivery. This lessons the timeframe your products will be en-route to you.

We accept PayPal, which takes all major credit cards, as our method of payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
All items are handmade-to-order, and are fashioned after you order and pay for them. We strive for a speedy turn-around time. Some orders may ship as quickly as the next day; however, the average turn-around time is one week. Large orders will take longer. We stock most, but not all, of the color choices. Occasionally, we will have to order a specific color or pattern for you. You will be notified if this will be the case.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery.
Orders $0-$100: $4.60
Orders $100 and higher: FREE
Local Customer Pick-Up: FREE
We also offer Express Mail for $19.95
For International orders, we ship via Global Priority Mail. Rates vary depending on customer location, and will be billed via paypal prior to shipping your order.

Do you accept returns?
A:
All of our products are handmade-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, unless there has been an error on our part.
